Getting started

Every plan delivers a finished, ready-to-paste listing pack: keyword report (PDF), title / subtitle / descriptions, designed screenshot concepts (or finished designs on Pro+), a review response template pack, and an editable copy doc — all packaged as a downloadable ZIP plus a polished PDF.
Delivery time is shown on each plan card. Starter and Essential plans deliver in 24 hours to 2 business days. Growth and Pro plans deliver in 5–7 business days. Premium delivers in 10 business days due to the localization and preview video work.
No — we don't need the binary. We need the listing URL (if it's already live), screenshots from inside the app, a brief on your audience and tone, and the markets you're targeting. We collect all of this through the order brief form after checkout.

Pricing & payment

No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. Your card is charged once and you receive the agreed deliverables. There are no recurring charges on any plan.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for credit and debit. Payments are processed securely by Authorize.Net — we never store your full card number on our servers.
Yes — every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Process & delivery

Revisions happen through the chat thread on your order page. Most plans include one revision round on copy and design. Larger scope changes can be quoted as an add-on if needed.
Pro Launch Bundle and Premium ASO Suite include hands-on App Store and Play Store submission support. Lower plans deliver finished assets and copy that you (or your developer) paste into the consoles.
Yes. Each order has a built-in chat thread on the order detail page where you and the assigned ASO specialist exchange questions, files and updates throughout the project.

Yes — you'll create a free account during checkout. The account is how we deliver your files, run the project chat, and let you re-download deliverables later.
